Therefore, when communities come together to fight one form of hate, it can help them to understand better how to be responsive to fighting other forms as well. This timely conversation brings together voices from organizations that focus on building coalitions and developing community resources to help support all of us in the interconnected battle against hatred in our society.
This topic is especially important in Central Florida, which has seen the continued normalization of white nationalist ideology and neo-nazi slogans that decry Jews and other groups at Orlando shopping malls, theme parks, restaurants, and other public venues.

Before this role, Amy was the Executive Director of Integrity First for America, the organization that successfully sued the violent white supremacist movements and neo-nazis who rallied in Charlottesville in 2017, killing one person and injuring 19.
